Members go quiet for weeks. By the time you notice, they've already cancelled. The drop-off was visible — you just had nowhere to see it.

Your group chats hold the truth, and nobody reads them all

WhatsApp, Discord, Slack — the real signal is buried in thousands of messages. Whoever runs the community is reading on instinct, not evidence.

Your analytics tell you everything except what to do

Charts of message volume don't tell you which member to message tonight. You want a shortlist, not a dashboard.

03Our thesis

Community platforms have spent a decade building features. Almost none have built understanding.

Analytics dashboards count messages. They don't tell you that Sarah, your highest-paying member, hasn't posted in 19 days and her renewal is in 11. They don't tell you that the Tuesday cohort is 3x more engaged than the Thursday one, or that three members are quietly carrying every conversation.

We think the next layer of community software isn't another feed, another tab, or another integration. It's a layer that reads the room for you — and hands you a short list of the things only a human can do well.
